Karen was so incredibly lovely! Had such amazing chat about the history and asked me alot of questions about my life and mainly about my hair! She kept me informed and told me everything she was doing before she did it! I walked out so happy and so relaxed! I would highly recommend!

I had such a lovely experience having my hair coloured (for the very first time!) here. The stylist was so welcoming and warm, and explained the process so clearly to me. She gave me so much time in the initial consultation and took great care with the highlights. I really love the end result. Thank you so much :)
