Warm welcome and lovely rooms, with wider massage table/bed than usual which makes it more comfortable. Massage therapist Mila was very friendly and thorough, and talked me though what she was doing. I felt like I was in good hands. I had a deep tissue massage of my shoulders mainly, and she told me what to expect during the session and what I'd likely feel the next day. I felt great afterwards, and that it had made a difference. I'll be returning, and I highly recommend Harmony in Southfields.

I really like Harmony, the place is very clean, the welcome always warm and the massages never disappoint
