This was the first time I’ve had Reiki. I’ve been coming to Sarah for other treatments for a while and she’s so good I knew I’d be in safe hands! The bed was really comfy, heated and I had a cosy blanket over me. The treatment was wonderful, I could feel the warmth of the energy coming from Sarah’s healing hands! She also used crystals on my chakras. I felt so relaxed afterwards and for the rest of the day. Sarah even identified problem areas in my body. Thoroughly recommend!
