I had to wait 35 minutes until I get my pedicure. Customer service is very low. I won’t repeat anymore there

I always have a great time at Harmony, all of the staff are so lovely. I asked for some complex nail art and the lady followed the picture exactly, I could not be happier with my nails! Thank you, I'll be back very soon.

I had a male member of staff do my shellac manicure and regular pedicure.
Generally disappointing.
The shellac manicure was odd - he painted under my nails and pretty much all around the skin of my nails which means a couple of days later I am still picking clear polish off my skin.
He also did not “seal” my thumbs and they had to be redone.
Pedicure messy, but by then having already redone my thumbnails I was over it.
Won’t go back.
