Donna was lovely. Made me feel really welcome as soon as I walked through the door! She didn’t rush and took her time doing the pedicure/manicure and constantly checked if I was comfortable.

Wow. I was not expecting anything that good when I booked in for a last moment massage and facial.
In the interest of full disclosure, I should note that I spent nearly13-years working at Canyon Ranch inside of Las Vegas' Venetian Resort, a Hair and Beauty Spa that has been recognised for decades as the leader in luxury treatments. Needless to say, I have had massages and facials from some of the best in the industry, and in the world.
Donna has both the skill and the professionalism that I've only experienced in the arena of 5-star venues. I know what you're thinking..."In Croydon?!?" YES! It was an absolutely unexpected and very pleasant surprise, and a treatment package that will now become a regular routine. She is just that good.

Donna makes you feel at ease and comfortable and talks to you about what sort of massage you require, the room is lovely and has the right ambiance. The massage pressure was just right for me and Donna will check with you that it’s ok. I have recommended friends and family to a have a massage
