I was confused when I found myself in front of residential properties. The proprietor had sent me a text message to phone for directions. This assumes that you will have a mobile phone and one fully charged. Stating that the address was/is in residential property would suffice. I had not expected to be giving advise or listening to personal relationship, so I take it as a compliment that she felt she could open up with me! Both personally and professionally, I feel that the therapist would benefit from being a good listener and or being less 'pushy' and more subtle. Whilst I was happy with the treatment, my memory/feelings after is of her 'overwhelming' personality.

The address wasn't the easiest to find, but the Lady was very nice and every thing spotless clean, the treatment, am not too sure, although she was very profesional, I didn't notice, hardly, any changes, aparently a course of 10 is needed which works out very expensive for something that may or not work .

Good value for money. She was running late but called me earlier that day to let me know which I liked.
Would've been better if she wasn't giving me the hard sell throughout while insisting I relax :P

I have had my first Hot Stone Massage at Harmony Health and Beauty: I didn't know what to expect, but it's been an amazing experience! Cinzia, the therapist, is absolutely amazing, caring and lovely and in the same time she has really managed to make me feel very good with the massage.
While undergoing the massage, she explained to me the areas which she found I had more problems with, and she has worked on them more to help me fix them.
Sometimes it has been a bit painful, but totally worth it!
I will definitely go back, for other beauty treatments as well.
