Cinzia is very nice lady, but I am concerned with service. In one hour facial time, I got facial for may be 20 minutes and rest of the time just shoulder and head massage, seems like just to cover up time. after washout creams on my face at home, nobody can say that I had facial. The environment and lady's appearance was all about massage. She was a little bit pushy to get extra service like wax, massage, so I got extra massage after facial, and no shower option provided by lady even I could not wash my messed hairs, and went back with oily skin. I thinking she is good for massage, not for other services. SORRY CINZIA

I first had a Caci with Cinzia and was happy with the service and result. I rebooked on the same day for a hot stone massage. The massage was amazing. Cinzia was good at what she is doing and very kind. Will re-visit for other treatments.
