Dingey back room in the back of a flat basically. Using a mobile phone to play relaxing music with text message tones going off all the time. Place looks like it needs a clean. Masseur was nice and tried her best but not a professional establishment at all.

Quite dingy, cold and not relaxing in the slightest. Felt uncomfortable throughout. Seems like a nice lady but unfortunately the quality of service fell way short.

This was my first time coming here. Cinizia was very welcoming and kind. I had a full leg and bikini wax and was amazed at how quickly she worked. Unfortunately later I realised I experienced what another reviewer had said...I had quite a lot of long hairs not taken care and the overall attention to detail was quite poor, so now I realise why quicker isn't always better. The wax she uses was great and I've not had such a pain free bikini before, so definitely points for that, but I'd say that if you want a full wax where you don't need to spend time afterwards yourself with tweezers then I'd say just ask for a second run through and double or triple check before you leave. I appreciate there are always some that are left behind but this was much more than I'd ever experienced before.
