Generally it's good. Cinzia is quite knowledgeable and she knows what she is doing. It would be better if she doesn't need to go out to get water which is quite disturbing and time-wasting.

The treatment was ok but there is so much she could do to create a better experience. Wish I read the other reviews didn't realise this was in someone's flat. She stopped the procedure twice to take calls. I didn't feel comfortable during treatment, not relaxing and premise seemed in a disarray, plus pushing a course on my at the end without giving me time to see if I am even happy with the results. Sadly I won't be going back. For the price I paid was disappointing.

I was very happy with my experience. Thee was a mix up with the booking but she was such a lady and honoured the booking giving me Oxygen and the extras I had anticipated. This lady is so talented and loving. She is also very informed and a natural healer who treats you with great respect.

First of all you guys need to know this is not a salon. This "venue" is based in someone's flat . So you have to take shoes off straight away , and well
... You are in someone's flat ! Lady is nice and all but the hot waxing was disappointing . She left quite a lot of hair which was disappointing .... And for the price you pay , I would have expected a top notch treatment . I think I will not be returning sadly .
