It was overall very good. I enjoyed it and benefited from the experience. I did not like the untidiness and cold room when first arrived but it was sorted out later. Cinzia is a very friendly and experienced person.

Generally it's good. Cinzia is quite knowledgeable and she knows what she is doing. It would be better if she doesn't need to go out to get water which is quite disturbing and time-wasting.
