Nice relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable therapist who gives good advice without putting you down - this is very important and unfortunately quite rare among cosmetologists. My face felt clean, nourished and did not act up like it normally does after deep cleanses - again, showing a high level of experience from the therapist.

Mix up with appointment time meant I was there for 30mins but I wasn't in a rush and very happy with my eyebrow wax. Music cutting out constantly isn't relaxing - would be better without.
