I was afraid of the procedure, and I know that usually, it is a painful one. Raphisa reassured me about the procedure and explained to me that it could be done with local anaesthetics. During the whole procedure, she was calm, professional, friendly and super reassuring. I DID NOT FEEL A THING! I am so thankful for the entire experience! Thank you, Raphisa, for providing fantastic customer service and professionalism. I am over the moon that soon, I will not have those old tattoos on me.
