Really disappointed. Treatment said would including threading, waxing and tint but my brows weren't even brushed. Not shaped at all, dye was left on too long and I've been left with burns from the wax, peeling skin and the swelling still hasn't gone down after 3 days. I received a full refund after calling to complain..but no apology. I wanted to go in and see her to show I wasn't complaining unnecessarily but received a text to say my money was left at reception. Not great...

Amal was brilliant as al ways! I had the best treatment I could of hoped for. My skin felt like a million bucks after. I would highly recommend;)

I had my first HD brow treatment with Amal, she was really wonderful. She was lovely, professional and conscientious. She took such care and attention to detail and made sure I was completely happy. Will definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend her.

I had 1 hour massage which was absolutely awful. The beautician didn't know what she was doing and the whole thing was quite unpleasant. I was very disappointed and it was a complete waste of my time and money. I imagine it is quite difficult to massage someone for 1 hour if you don't have the skills, at all. The facial however was very good. Therefore all in all 3 stars.
