An excellent blow dry by Ivo. Exactly how I wanted; full of volume and curls which lasted really well!

I think Hari's would be nice to get a blow dry done or something very specific and basic. My experience was very disappointing especially for the price I paid. The hairstylist started my highlights but then halfway through was distracted as the salon was busy and she had to start rushing. After setting the color in I then didn't see the stylist that I paid extra for and had my hair finished by an assistant. Details like while waiting for my color to set, the stylist ask if I would like a drink but then says a coffee and water is too complicated because no one was there to do it so then left and welcomed another client.
What disappointed me the most was after getting my hair washed I was sat down at a completely different chair and then given a brush towel to brush out and towel dry my own hair, I didn't even get to see the colour because my hair was still wet and my stylist was with another client, so I got up and walk to the till where I had handed back the towel and brush and paid the extra that was not included in the price (that was not done by the stylist i.e: toner) and then left.
