Reception was very prompt and told me immediately that the stylist had changed - Rico was very friendly, thorough and effective - the only reason he's not getting a 5* rating is that the blow dry did only last for 21/2 days - the evening of the 3rd, it was looking quite sorry for itself.... I would expect to get 5-6 days out of it, with the help of a little dry shampoo...

Kim is the best! She always gets it right with my blond highlights and a smudge to lift the roots!
Kim did an amazing job, went to have highlights and end up very happy and satisfied with the color and results.
