Friendly Staff, clean room for treatment - only criticism was asking for medium strength massage and a lot of the time it was too soft - every time I was about to say something they applied more pressure, but definitely ask for hard if you want a medium massage. Forgot to do chest massage and no scalp. Overall, an OK experience - for a massage, I'll probably stick to Mal Maison - my fiance really enjoyed her facial and said it was top notch
