Called on the morning to ask to be rescheduled as they had double booked. On arrival, lots of confusion - first I was told that I was 20 minutes late (I was 8 minutes late), taken to a room for a wax (I had booked a massage) and finally taken to the room + therapist. Massage was ok but interrupted twice by someone looking for 'oat face mask' and 'skin cleanser' whilst I was undressed on the table. Therapist kept checking her phone for the last 10 minutes which was slightly off putting.
