Gel pedicure was great however the file and polish manicure was completely awful (Different staff member). Firstly there aren’t many colours to choose from and not many modern colours at all. Secondly, the manicurist had never heard of an almond shape and then filed most of my nails unevenly... even after asking for them to be symmetrical twice (which you shouldn’t need to)...one nail was completely messed up with one side filed so much it was a triangle. I tried to fix them when I got home.

Joanna was quick and very friendly. However, I am slightly disappointed with my wax. While the treatment was fast and not too painful, it was not as thorough as I would have hoped for, i.e. there was still some hair left in the areas that had been waxed. I was also suprised that the Bikini line was not included in the Hollywood wax, as this was the case at a salon I went to previously, at a lower price as well. The equipment was clean, but the room could have been cleaner imho.
