The clinic was clean and well maintained. I did have to wait 15 minutes to be seen past my appointment time. Nevertheless, they apologised for the wait and I was taken in. The room is quite small but I suppose this wasn’t a huge problem. I did notice some really dirty containers left on a shelf and behind where I was getting my wax
