A somewhat disappointing experience. Facial was very rushed after late start (almost 15 minutes). Not a relaxing experience. Rushed through the steps of the facial then spent a long time with a mask on and the therapist out of the room. No steam as machine out of order. A shame as my prior facial appointment here was excellent.

Smooth finish but she kept pulling and getting it stuck halfway, made it very painful! Switched to hot wax halfway through and was pulling so slowly it was horrendous. Wax was left everywhere, had to go home and shower off.
