The clinic changed my appointment last minute which was a bit of a pain but they were apologetic and got me re-booked in as soon as possible. Kalsoom was very friendly and professional. I hadn't had a wax in a while and she put me at ease. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed a few hairs had been missed but nothing major! Would go back.
