Got rescheduled twice and there was a lot of wax left on the area and I had to ask for some of the areas to be rewaxed as there was hair remaining. Some still remained after which I guess was due to rushing as not experienced this here before

The therapist was lovely and atmosphere was great but the Quality of the gel nail manicure and pedicure was substandard considering the price paid. would recommend improving quality of treatments.

The worst manicure and pedicure I ever had in my life. I took those pictures 5 minutes after . My nails were different shapes and sizes, I think my 8 year old daughter would do a better job. 45£ for nothing. Never again!!!
