Visited this recently opened new spa for a massage. Polite smartly dressed staff welcomed me into the spa and immediatly put me at ease. They showed me through to a lovely treatment room with relaxing music and a very nice smell where I was treated to a quality massage. Felt so relaxed afterwards, all tensions disappeared. Good value compared to some I've tried would recommend and use again.
I walked in to the newly opened Eden Spa in Harborne during a stressful work day for a tailored Dermalogica facial, and I have to say I am now very glad to have discovered this in the vicinity! I was made to feel instantly at home by the warmth of the staff and the clean, fresh surroundings. The spa room was cosy and soothing, with soft lights and warm, fluffy towels and blankets. But it was the quality of the facial that was most impressive. The therapist was gentle and unhurried, seemed to understand exactly what my skin needed, yet made sure to offer choices and check everything was okay at regular intervals. My skin was visibly glowing and cleaner by the end of the process, and the compliments came through the weekend! The foot and hand massage I had alongside was absolutely fantastic. Suffice to say, I left the spa rejuvenated, refreshed, and (I'm sure!) prettier than when I entered- would highly recommend.
Been a man sometimes going to a Spa can be a very intimidating experience, however the staff were so warm and welcoming they made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, I fount talking about my treatment neeeds extreamly easy and they explained the best treatments for me. Although Eden spa has only been open for a little while I have been their five times already and have seen great results I would recommend the Spa to my family and friends.
I spent a good few hours at Eden Spa, having there amazing deep tissue full body massage, dermalogica facial and gel nails. The spa was fresh and clean, with a homely cosey feel in the treatment rooms. The therapist did not hold back on the deep tissue massage and got right in to all the tight knotted areas, that left me feeling relaxed and like a new women! There dermalogica facial is just amazing, i come out all fresh and my skin was glowing. I then had my gel nails done, which were done to perfection and lasted me weeks!! All the therapists were polite and inviting, I rebooked straight away, i cant wait to try all there other treatments. Very happy to have found this spa! extremely impressed.
