First time at this venue. I had a Tailor Made Facial trial treatment which lasted for 30 minutes.
The quality Dermalogica products were used. The staff was very friendly. My skin felt very refreshed and moistirised.
The therapists explained every step what she was doing, which was a bonus. Recommended from me.
Dermaplaning
I had a really enjoyable massage here. I felt the therapist was thorough and interested in what she was doing, and also friendly, which is great and made me feel comfortable. The only tiny quibble is that she didn't use Thai foot sticks as advertised, but I don't know if this would have necessarily improved the massage - it was just something I was curious about experiencing. Would definitely recommend Eden Spa for experience and location.
Even though i wasn't asked any questions before my treatment (i.e if i had had a massage before, where i carry my tension, what pressure i prefer etc) the massage itselfd was amazing. The therapist really got into the tension in my muscles and it felt great! I have had lots of massages before and this one was the best priced and the best massage i have had. I will definatley be going here again!
Deep Tissue Massage
Very warm welcome by staff, very helpful and treatment was exceptional, one of the best by far. Would definately recommend their beauty treatments.
Non-Surgical Face Lifts
I thought the experience was very good. The therapist was very good and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxing.
However the offer was 25% off a £40 price, but Eden Spar's standard advertised rate was £30 so the 'offer' was no offer at all. I think that this misrepresentation was the agencies fault rather than Eden Spar.
