Ash has done the majority of my treatments and she is Brilliant. Always remembers about my nut allergy, always gets my eyebrows exactly how I'd like them, she also has great hands for massage. Leaves me relaxed and sorts out those tight/sore muscles. Ash is definitely the reason why I've stayed with Harborne Spa through its ownership change! Brilliant service and a great consultant to deal with.
