I booked a back, shoulder and neck massage on my birthday. I arrived and had to step over a hoover as I walked in. A builder was working in the salon drilling. I was assured the drilling would not happen during my massage. I asked to use the toilet and after squeezing past the builder I found a toilet with urine in the pan, no toilet paper (apart from some sheets on top of the bin) and as I squirted liquid soap onto my hands I found there to be no water. Builder then told me the water was off. Staff offered me hand gel and then a damp flannel to wash my hands. The massage started and the masseur was good. However the builder was talking loudly on his mobile during the massage and I had to ask the staff member to ask him to be quiet. I did not feel relaxed enough to lie after the massage, I just wanted to leave. I was given a £5 voucher to use within 4 weeks! It was not the relaxing, pampering experience I had hoped for on my birthday. If a builder was booked to work in the salon, they should NOT have had clients in. It ruined my birthday treat that I had looked forward to for ages. ☹️

A very nice day spa off the high street. I had a lot of back tension and this massage was perfect. The therapist Bita is excellent very good massage technique and very professional.
