A very good facial to renew the skin. My skin looks clear, exfoliated and very smooth. It was carried out very well by Bita and the results were excellent. I am having another treatment after my holiday to ensure my skin is glowing.

I was over 15mins late for a half hour treatment and could not call to inform as my phone service was down. On arrival the lady who greeted me was still warm and welcoming and although she could not start the treatment as they were booked back to back and the wax heating alone took 15mins to set up. She did her very best in finding the next available slot and asked around with the other therapists to fit us in. I was really touched by her level of customer service and very grateful as i had wanted to treat my mum who suffers with arthritis especially in her hands. Was our first time getting a paraffin wax treatment and hands felt nimble afterwards. Great service and although some refurbishment work was still happening upstairs the place is very clean and relaxing.

Overall good massage. Was a bit disturbing as someone else was having a treatment directly opposite the door to the treatment room.
