I've been going to this spa for a long time it has had a change in ownership maybe a year ago
I was looked after by Lyndsey, at the start it was a little frosty. I explained I had a nut allergy and the wheels fell off the bus a little, at first she seemed a bit put out that I didn't know exactly what I could and couldn't use (I will admit that because I'd always really had the same therapist prev and had checked through products a long time ago that I couldn't remember off hand, I know complacency!) she did offer to check everything carefully, in the end we went through them together and things got back on track. The actual treatments were really very good, the facial, one of the best I've had at this price point, actually forget the price, it was excellent. However it wasn't a great start hence some of the 4 ratings but again treatments were spot on once we got started. I've been assured for the future notes have been made so hopefully it will be smooth sailing. I really hope it will be as it's so convenient just off Harborne High Street, paid parking can be found between the pub and waitrose, street parking is hit and miss in Harborne. The range of treatments are very good, the price point is reasonable, they are one of the only spas that use dermologica, over the years I've never had an issue with the therapists even Lyndsey warmed up and they make efforts to deal with the nut allergy which is rare. So I'd definitely recommend as I left relaxed with a glowing face :)
