Music was incredibly loud, I don’t think there are speakers in the treatment rooms so they blast it everywhere. The beautician left the door wide open while I was lying on the table until I asked her to close it. Didn’t offer me a mirror to check what hair I wanted removed (facial wax). Painful, took too much off, rushed me out. Realised later that half the hair wasn’t removed but had broken off. Previous visit with another beautician was fab but Becky has since left. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was pretty disappointed with the overall experience of my massage. I had a 45 minute full body massage for £40. The salon itself lacked any form of atmosphere. I certainly would in no way call it a 'spa'. No music, no atmospheric smells. I had a pretty frosty therapist. The massage itself was decent but I was shocked that the oil and towels were cold! No frills here! Also at the end of the massage there was an abrupt ending and no offer of a glass of water...which I would expect!
