Really comfortable setting - Had such a relaxing experience and was going to 5 star it but then the next day I saw my brows in the light and realised quite a few hairs had been missed! Really relaxing time, just a bit more attention to detail/time with the tweezers needed perhaps :-)

I go to harborne spa a lot and unfortunately other therapists came into my room on 2 occasions during this treatment so it was interrupted several times. Overall the facial was very good and Jess is great
