Treatment started 25 minutes late only after prompting twice to see what was going on. While Paige was very nice it’s clear she is inexperienced with customer service as the wrong treatment was completed and no recourse given to address the delay or wrong treatment. I got this as a Christmas gift for my mother and am sorely disappointed by the experience she received.

Not the experience you expect for a £50 massage. Walked into the room and no ambience, cold room, no music playing, therapist had cold hands, didn’t ask how I wanted my massage. Just overall not enjoyable

I had a lovely experience at the spa. My partner and I booked full body massages with a cream tea as a package deal. The massage rooms are separate so it wasn't a couples massage. The massage room was a nice temperature, not too cold. The massage itself was pleasant, with Kadesha checking in to make sure the pressure was okay.
My partner's massage therapist didn't ask about pressure so that would be the only point for improvement.
