Was nice venue and staff seemed nice however not enough pressure during the massage I was asked what area I would like them to focus on and they didn’t ... also wasn’t asked how the pressure was or anything else during my treatment.

Booked in for a mani & pedi. Staff were lovely and the atmosphere at the spa is relaxing & calm. Generally relaxing but not recommended for nails. Both mani/ pedi was just going through the motions instead of actually cleaning up cuticles and painting nails well. The lighting was bad so the woman who did my nails actually polished quite far from the edges - it looked like my nails had already grown out. The floor in the mani area was really dirty, and I was walking barefoot due to pedicure :(
