5* experience for sure. The atmosphere is great, the chat interesting and the lady is lovely and, importantly of course, the wax is thorough. Great value for money and a good chinwag at the same time. I'll keep going back :)

Outstanding service! Carmen was very thorough and did an excellent job. I come from a country where beauty services are of high quality and I've realised in the UK it is very hard to find the same quality. I've been in other places which are really famous and expensive and I was left with plenty of hair which wasn't supposed to be there and even bruises. So when you discover someone like Carmen, make sure you appreciate it!
