Hi everyone thank you for looking at my happyfit page and welcome! 😊 When booking your first appointment with me please book and pay the £1 - 30 minute consultation first. Then book and pay for a minimum 1 hour appointment for your first visit at a time directly after the 30 minute consult. After that please feel free to book shorter appointments I will advise if you need a follow-up what length you would need on the next appointment. 😊 I am a calm, patient dynamic therapist, personal trainer, health care professional, with a wealth of experience as a sports therapist, in semi professional sports and private practice. Jason also works at a hospital, like to help you with your injuries, health and fitness, and improve your sporting performance or train you on a 121 basis. I believe in the clinical, mind, body, spirit holistic approach. 😊 Your first appointment will consist of medical history consultation examination assessment and treatment. I am not a deep tissue massage therapist but do use massage and sports massage, osteopathic techniques as part of treatment along with acupuncture and ultrasound if needed. 😊 Jason also performs stand up comedy, and has a great sense of humor. 😊 Please Contact me here or at Happyfit.uk happyfitjk@gmail.com 😊 I do have a cat who is normally out at my home clinic so if you are allergic to cats do let me know or don't book.
