After booking my appointment the lady was on the telephone for half of it - nodding to me what she would like me to do. At the end she tried to ask me for £15 more as she had used a ‘special’ polish without any consultation. I won’t be returning.

Lovely staff - thanks Mimi! There’s lots of upselling which feels slightly unnecessary (I think I was asked 3 times if I wanted to add a mani), and I would’ve liked to have seen more overt signs of sanitised tools - maybe they were, but hard to tell!
