I am very disappointed with my experience. This was the second time I visited the salon for a powder removal. I came back for a removal with Long Quan who never showed up for our appointment as he was asleep downstairs..which I found really unprofessional! The lady did the removal instead but she didn't do a good job at all. And in the end she told me it was £15 instead of £10 which I paid a few months ago to do the same thing! Not going back again..

Horrible customer service, the terrible treatment started when I walked in and the staff spoke to me like I was not even worth speaking to. The treatment was so rushed and terrible, the man who did my nails looked like he couldn’t even be bothered. The final results were terrible too, I got my nails done yesterday and today they’re already chipping off. Honestly please save your money this place is horrendous and there are loads more in the area
