Manicure was immaculate as always. They do such a good job here that it doesn’t matter that the ambiance is a bit lacking.. Very nice people there who were able to change my appointment at late notice which I really appreciated. They could really do with some music playing is all, otherwise you sit in silence while they talk to each other.

I have been here a number of times now and the trouble is it’s hit and miss. Today they had clearly overbooked themselves and therefore did gel removal and reapplication in 35 minutes and cut corners. I have little confidence that it will last, The colours are also often not the same as on the sticks. Some days the treatments are very good. It’s just difficult when it’s so inconsistent. Today they also had no music on, and given the staff chat to each other throughout treatments in their native tongue, it wasn’t exactly atmospheric.
