She did not clean the rest of the acril from the back of my nails . Because I was the last appoiment they was in a hurry and they started to clean and all the dust came to me . I was going home very disapointed and my nails doesn t look how was expected.

A bit of imperfections on the surface as the nails were not dry yet but the other assistant touched it and I now have her marks on my nails. She even told me they were ready and that I could go.

Amazing service as girls work too hard.
Girls were on their own and lots of bookings scheduled- still stayed past the closing time and completed.
Management needs to consider the needs in busy season/ maintaining a true figure of people working at the shop on treatwell app yo avoid 50 mins waiting time
