Unfortunately the salon was overbooked so 2 people were doing 5 people’s nails at the same time. Really disappointing as normally a great experience.

I was very disappointed by my last visit here. After I got overcharged at my first visit I had received a voucher to use at my next visit as they didn’t know how to refund me that day. But when I showed up this time they were mad at me that I had booked through Treatwell and not directly with them as they have to give a percentage to the website. They argued I can’t use the voucher as long as I don’t cancel my appointment online or they would pretend I was no show. Not going back here.
