I was very disappointed by my last visit here. After I got overcharged at my first visit I had received a voucher to use at my next visit as they didn’t know how to refund me that day. But when I showed up this time they were mad at me that I had booked through Treatwell and not directly with them as they have to give a percentage to the website. They argued I can’t use the voucher as long as I don’t cancel my appointment online or they would pretend I was no show. Not going back here.

The treatment was overall good. I expected it to be more lengthy as when booked it was written that it would take 1 hour and 5 minutes. I was done after 35 minutes. Expected a bit more pampering for a pedicure as the place wasn't busy when I went. Overall it was fine.
