I booked a removal and shellac pedicure, it is supposed to take 1 hr but was less than 30 mins as the lady rushed my pedicure, she removed the polish with a nail drill rather than acetone, didn’t give any form or massage or even cream after the polish. She quite rudely said you’re done so I left as felt uncomfortable to ask for a massage / cream which should have been included. Definitely not worth £40 and I was disappointed as I have visited before and had a much better experience.
