Normally they do a good job, however, I tried SNS for the first time and not sure whether it is because of SNS or the nail technician, my nails are not even and are with mini bumps all over, almost like the nail polish is coming off.

They were running a little late but the manicure was done beautifully - very thorough and careful. The nail art came out perfect. Very friendly staff :)
