I have been here many times, but didn’t recognise a single staff member on this visit. Sadly, the manicure reflects the likely lack of experience that this indicated. After three days, one of the gels has already begun to lift away from the nail. There’s been no trauma, the nail is not broken at all, the gel has just been poorly applied. Unfortunately, I am now away and can’t even go to get it fixed. So, so irritating!
