My only concern is hygiene — the tools didn’t seem to be disinfected, and the nail files looked quite worn, as if they’d been used for many clients already. Also, two technicians were working on four customers at the same time, and I was done by two different people. I’m satisfied with the final look, but I’d feel much more comfortable if proper sanitising was done, or if I could bring my own tools next time. 😊 also , have booked with Tina , ended up with Kevin - so my review for him

As I booked the wrong service and paid too much online. They gave me a partial refund straight away.
