I booked an appointment for a gel nails manicure with the manager. On the arrival I had to wait another 10-15 minutes while the previous person will be finished.When I was seated to do my nails it was some guy that was doing my nails and not the manager. So don’t expect the time that you choose and the person you choose to do your nails to match the reality. Can’t say anything bad about the personnel, they were nice,always asking your opinion and if you are ok. However no sign of complimentary tea or coffee, even though it was stated in their email.
About the whole process I can say that it was rushed because I was taken later than I supposed to be and another person was already waiting for their manicure as well. My nails were ready in 25 minutes, never seen anyone to do the gel nails so quickly but not in a good way. I am lucky that I choose dark colour,so that you cannot really see any imperfections but I had to file my nails at home because they were not finished.

Everything was brilliant loved my nail polish at the end, I have paid double the price for manicure before and haven’t got the result as this. The staff who did my nail good. Good value for money too. I got cnc shellac. Defo go here.

Man doing my nails was very professional and meticulous, clearly cared about his work. Female staff member was more aloof and hygiene could be a little better in the salon (nail hygiene was fine)
