I always book the appointment with the manager and who does the service is always a different person. Not everyone is at the same level. First time quality of the job was great, time after time level is going down and my hands are not impeccable anymore

As usual they did a great job. Finished nails are always perfect. This time I did have to wait for my appointment, as they only had two staff on. My appointment time was almost 25 mins late. Otherwise they were very friendly and professional.
