This time I found the place less clean than usual and the service not very good. More interaction with the guests would be appreciated. Moreover as people go there to treat themselves to a nice manicure and pedicure and to relax you should prohibit guests to watch videos with a very high volume. It was really annoying in a relaxing environment.
