Was terrible, my nails are lumpy and fat with bubbles all over them, and my nails are different shapes, they over charged me and I was meant to get a discount from loyalty card and they refused and said I couldn’t use it.
I won’t be back!

Always a different person to do nails. no matter who you select. staff only talk to each other and not same person to finish what you start. they just swap without even letting you know and you need to check they don't miss any step.
overall is ok but communication can be improved
