They used a bucket for pedicure. The bucket was not clean. The man who did my nails used his own nails to remove my gel manicure. The place is too tiny and over all NOT CLEAN
Left work early to arrive for my 5.30pm appointment and was told I should wait 5 minutes, which is fine. 30 minutes later I’m called downstairs to the “salon” with no apology, sat in the pedicure chair and they balanced the machines on my knees to start filing my nails. Was moved over to the chairs after 3 mins where the guy used his abnormally long nails to pick at my old acrylics and then filed them all unevenly. Colour was wrong, changed it, still wrong - couldn’t be bothered to ask again as it was a waste of time and I’m now 1hr 15 into my appointment. Nails are all different lengths and look ridiculous, more of a neon than the nude I asked for...twice. Every customer in there was fed up, clearly try to cram people in with no regard for appointments. It also smells of rotting drains. Cheap but not even worth that, I’d pay double just to never go back.
So busy are Happy Nails that 2 have become 3. With the new person performing a wonderful foot transformation and scrub with one of the more experienced taking over for the Shellac part. Very fast and beautifully done
