I booked for an acrylic removal with manicure where the app told me it would take 40 minutes but I was there for 1 hour 10 mins in total. It took the lady ages to get my acrylics off and 12 hours later every nail has chipped, some a lot more than others. The only positive was that the staff were friendly.
