I went to get my acrylics removed, which was done to an ok standard, but then the manicure and shellac finish was terrible. I was passed between two employees. The girl carrying out the manicure took FOREVER with my cuticles that I had to ask her to move on,as was taking a lifetime. She did shellac one nail at a time, which was SO slow. Fast forward to a day later my shellac is discoloured and looks dirty!
