The salon is downstairs of a hair salon and is actually just some tables and chairs in a hall way that leads into treatment rooms. The people who work there were nice but speak little English which is fine, but did make it slightly difficult when things started being missed and I needed to communicate that the man doing my nails needed to start again. First he didn't take off the left over blue nail varnish on my nails and went straight into filing them. Then he put the base coat on and I asked if we would take the blue off and he nodded, but didn't take it off...So he started painting the light pink I'd chosen on my nails and I said please can you take the blue off. He then got a tiny piece of cotton and instead of taking all the nail varnish off, he tried to go around the edges and just take off those bits. I said again, please can you take the blue off and FINALLY he did. Everything was fine after this but given that it's £10 to literally have someone file and paint your nails, I'd appreciate if they didn't cut corners. It just seemed either very lazy or as if he'd never given a manicure. Polite throughout but just didn't seem to know what he was doing...
New management is herendous. Drilled my nails so badly, you pay for location but nails are done like it’s in a back alley in elephant and castle. Not happy ! Where is Lee???
